Personal Bots¶
Personal bots give you (the owner) private Manager AI access on messaging platforms.
Available Personal Bots¶

Setup¶
Telegram Personal Bot¶
- Go to Channels → Personal Bots → Telegram
- Create a bot via @BotFather
- Paste the bot token
- Start chatting with your Manager AI on Telegram
WhatsApp Personal Bot¶
- Go to Channels → Personal Bots → WhatsApp
- Enter your Twilio credentials
- Your WhatsApp now connects to Manager AI
What You Can Do¶
All Manager AI capabilities work through personal bots:
- Check emails and reply
- Analyse documents and export reports
- Query your live database
- Configure channels and settings
- Manage team members
- Set up customer automations
Privacy¶
Personal bots are owner-only. Customers cannot access them. Each message is verified against your registered owner ID before processing.
