WhatsApp Bot¶
Let customers message your WhatsApp number and get instant AI answers from your documents in 222+ languages.
Requirements¶
- Twilio account (free at twilio.com)
- Twilio WhatsApp-enabled number
- Your documents uploaded to RagLeap
Auto-Setup via Manager AI (Recommended)¶
Tell your Manager AI on Telegram or Web: Set up WhatsApp bot for my customers
Manager AI will ask for your Twilio credentials and configure everything automatically.
Manual Setup¶
- Go to Channels → WhatsApp
- Enter your Twilio credentials:
- Account SID (starts with AC...)
- Auth Token
- WhatsApp number (e.g. +14155238886)
- Save — webhook auto-configured
Webhook URL¶
RagLeap auto-configures this. If needed manually: https://ragleap.com/api/whatsapp/webhook/
Testing¶
- Go to Twilio Console → WhatsApp Sandbox
- Send join code to the sandbox number
- Send a test message — AI should reply from your documents
Languages¶
222+ languages auto-detected. Customer messages in Tamil get Tamil replies automatically.
