AI Employees

AI Employees give your workspace a team of specialized AI roles — each with its own permanent memory, expertise, and behavior — instead of one generic assistant trying to do everything.

What are AI Employees?

Every RagLeap workspace is seeded with a set of AI Employee roles (e.g. Sales, Support, Analyst) out of the box. Each role has its own permanent memory entries — facts, rules, and learned patterns specific to that function — so a Support-focused conversation and a Sales-focused conversation draw on different context automatically.

How it works

  1. Roles are seeded automatically when your workspace is created
  2. Each role carries its own skill context, injected into the relevant channel handler (voice, WhatsApp, web chat, Telegram) based on what the conversation needs
  3. learn_from_conversation() runs across every channel — each real conversation can add new permanent memory, so your AI Employees get sharper over time, not just smarter per-session
  4. A weekly auto-learn task reviews all workspaces and reinforces patterns every Sunday

Tip

AI Employees complement Manager AI rather than replacing it — Manager AI is your private executive assistant; AI Employees are the specialized team handling customer-facing work across channels.
