Team Members

Invite colleagues to collaborate on your RagLeap workspaces — available on Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans.

Adding a team member

  1. Go to your Account page → Team Members
  2. Select the workspace you want to grant access to
  3. Enter your colleague's name and email, then click Create Account & Send Credentials by Email — they'll receive login details and can sign in at ragleap.com/team/login/
  4. Alternatively, use Send Invite if they already have an account

Team Groups

Create groups (e.g. Sales, Support, HR) and assign permissions to the whole group at once, rather than managing access member-by-member.

Member Permissions

Fine-grained, per-member permission control lets you decide exactly what each team member can see and do within a workspace.

Tip

Team access is workspace-scoped — a member can be added to one workspace without gaining access to others in your account.
