AI Call Center (Voice)¶
RagLeap's AI Call Center lets customers call your business phone number and get instant AI-powered answers in their language. The same number also gives you (the owner) private Manager AI access when you call from your verified mobile.
How It Works¶
Customer calls your Twilio number → AI detects language automatically → Answers from your documents + database → 222+ languages supported Owner calls from verified mobile → Routes to Manager AI (private mode) → Full executive access by voice
Requirements¶
- Twilio account (free to create at twilio.com)
- One Twilio phone number (~$1/month)
- Your mobile number verified in RagLeap account
Setup — Two Ways¶
Option 1: Auto-Setup via Manager AI (Recommended)¶
Tell your Manager AI on Telegram or Web: Set up my AI call center
Manager AI will ask for your Twilio credentials and configure everything automatically — no manual steps needed.
Option 2: Manual Setup¶
- Go to Channels → Voice Call Center
- Enter your Twilio credentials:
- Account SID (starts with AC...)
- Auth Token
- Phone Number (e.g. +91XXXXXXXXXX)
- Click Save — webhook is auto-configured on Twilio
- Verify your mobile number at Account → Mobile Number

Owner vs Customer Mode¶

Testing¶
- Call your Twilio number from a different mobile → should get customer bot
- Call from your verified mobile → should get Manager AI
