n8n Workflow Integration

Connect your RagLeap AI to external automations using n8n — no code required.

What you can do

  • Trigger n8n workflows directly from a conversation on any channel (voice, WhatsApp, web chat, Telegram)
  • Pass conversation context and extracted data into your existing automations
  • Automate follow-ups, CRM updates, notifications, and more, powered by what your AI understands from the conversation

Setup

  1. Go to /n8n-workflows/ in your workspace
  2. Connect your n8n instance
  3. Map workflows to trigger conditions (e.g. "customer requests a callback" → trigger a workflow)
  4. Your AI can now call these workflows automatically as part of a normal conversation, across every connected channel

Tip

n8n workflows work alongside AI Employees and Persistent Memory — your AI can both remember and act.
