Language Settings¶
RagLeap detects and responds in your customers' language automatically, with fine control when you need it.
Detected languages¶
RagLeap scans your uploaded documents and shows which languages are represented, with a token-based breakdown — useful for confirming your knowledge base actually covers the languages your customers use.
Chat language preference¶
Choose the language your AI responds in from over 222 built-in languages, or add any custom ISO language code manually if yours isn't listed.

| Auto-detect query language | When on, the AI matches the customer's language automatically; when off, it always replies in your preferred language regardless of what the customer wrote |
Tip
This setting applies platform-wide — your web chat widget, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, and Voice channels all follow the same language configuration automatically.
