Quick Start

Get your first RagLeap bot live in under 10 minutes.

Step 1 — Sign up and log in

Go to ragleap.com/accounts/signup/ and create your account. No credit card required — 7-day free trial starts immediately.

Step 2 — Add your AI API key

RagLeap uses your own API key — this keeps costs transparent and your data private.

1. Go to Settings → AI Settings
2. Enable Use Your Own API Key
3. Paste your OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, or Mistral key
4. Scroll down and add your Gemini embedding key (required for document uploads)
5. Save

Which key should I use?

OpenAI GPT-4o is recommended for best results. Gemini Flash is required for embeddings (cheapest option).

Step 3 — Upload your first document

1. Go to Documents → Upload
2. Upload any PDF, Word doc, Excel file, or paste a URL
3. Wait 30–60 seconds for processing
4. Your AI now knows your business

Step 4 — Test the Manager AI

Open Manager AI (web or Telegram) and ask:

"What documents do I have uploaded?"

Manager will list them. If it replies correctly — your setup is working.

Step 5 — Set up your first customer channel

Go to Channels and pick one to start:

• Web Embed — easiest, no third-party account needed
• Telegram Bot — simple, just a BotFather token
• WhatsApp Bot — requires Twilio account
